Hi All Community 100 Friends and Family,
The seventh graders have returned from leadership camp after an excellent and high adventure experience. We all look forward to them applying the lessons of leadership camp in the classroom.
Their work for this week includes: 4 WNB, a seminar on Trayvon Martin, Roots Lesson #11, Part One of The Diary of Anne Frank (RSW) and questions, and their poetry assignment in connection with National Poetry Month. They should also be reading novel every night.
Eighth graders have been working hard on Andros and Capstone. This week they will be working on Seminar, The Tempest #3, Andros Culture Series 3 and 4, Capstone work, their Saving the Coral Reef Poster/Video, and their poetry assignment in conjunction with National Poetry Month.
Out of the building: 7th graders at the Observatory Monday 4/9 in the afternoon and 8th graders are out of the building Friday 4/ 13 for swimming at X.U.
Thanks,
Brad
